ICANN, working with its community, has empaneled a group of dispute resolution professionals to serve as the Independent Review Process Standing Panel. The IRP Standing Panel, as contemplated within Article 4, Section 4.3(k)(i) of the ICANN Bylaws, is the omnibus group from which parties to an Independent Review Process proceeding are expected to select panelists to hear the dispute, within the dispute resolution processes managed by the ICDR. The biographies of the Standing Panelist are set out below.
